Cultural Arts Board Members & Leadership

The Cultural Arts Board consists of 14 members and one Ex-Officio Officer from the Harford County Council.  Each of HCCAB’s members is appointed by a County Council Member, though they need not be direct representatives of the district in which they reside.  The Board meets in the County Council conference room on the first Monday of each month, except during July and August.

The members and staff of the Cultural Arts Board offer a broad range of expertise and experience.  We are available to assist with any matter your group may encounter.  If we can’t help you, the Cultural Arts Board is associated with many foundations and agencies and would be happy to connect you with someone that can help!
